1. Items of Personal Information

We collect the following personal information.

   Name, address, zip code, gender, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address, account ID and password, SNS account information, and information related to official identification such as driver’s license and resident certificate.

5. Request for Disclosure etc. of Personal Information

We will disclose personal information without delay when requested to do so by the person in question. However, if disclosure would result in any of the following cases, we will not disclose all of the personal information:

In principle, we will not disclose any information other than personal information, such as access logs.

6. Correction of Personal Information

When a person requests the correction, addition or deletion of his or her personal information (hereinafter referred to as “correction”), the Company will, except where special procedures are prescribed by other laws and regulations, carry out the necessary investigation without delay to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use and, based on the results of the investigation, correct or delete the personal information and notify the person to that effect.
